This Report is aimed at analyzing the causes of incidents and their prevention. The Report can be submitted anonymously and will be forwarded to Heron Air’s Administration Office, yet it does not replace the mandatory reporting that operators must provide to the airport manager in the event of an incident or inconvenience.
