These Reports are aimed at analyzing the causes of incidents and their prevention. Filing a Report is voluntary, however they do not replace the mandatory reporting that operators must provide to the airport manager in the event of an incident or inconvenience (Reg. UE 376/2014 art. 4).
Each Report can be compiled anonimously and will be forwarded to Heron Air’s Administration Office.
