On June 22nd and 23rd, 2024, the Dominio di Bagnoli airfield in Bagnoli di Sopra (PD) hosted Fly Party 2024, the most important Italian gathering of historic aircraft organized by the Historical Aircraft Group (HAG).
The event featured numerous vintage aircraft, including the Caproni Ca.3, a replica of a World War I bomber which flew over the skies over Padua departing from Padua's Gino Allegri Airport.
Managed by Heron Air, this collaboration between Bagnoli Airfield and Padua Airport highlighted the joint commitment to promote aviation tourism and aviation culture in the area. Gino Allegri Airport has confirmed to be a strategic hub for business and tourism flying, being as well open to high-profile events and initiatives.
The Fly Party 2024 was a moment of great visibility for Padua Airport, strengthening the link between a passion for flying, history and innovation. A perfect combination that witnesses the vitality and attractiveness of our airport for enthusiasts and professionals.
