Sergio Rodella, an internationally renowned sculptor originally from Noventa Padovana, died in December 2022 at the age of 73. He was known for sacred art and the three-dimensional reproduction of the body wrapped in the Holy Shroud, appreciated for his mastery in working with marble and bronze. He was also a lecturer at the Selvatico Institute in Padua and left an important artistic legacy visible in numerous churches and public spaces in Italy and abroad. On permanent display inside the Passenger Terminal, it is possible to enjoy a work made of marble and bronze that symbolizes the desire for freedom and overcoming limits.
